Yes - another button quail question

So my lil' guy is growing and changing unbelievably fast. My concern now is his wings seem to stick out from his sides a little bit. Is this normal? Hes is about 1 1/2 weeks old.

should go away in a few days to a week. sometimes their feathers dont grow out perfect in that stage but soon they should fill out and look right. however, i did just see a bunch of muskovy ducks waddling around with their wings flipped outside for some reason i figure its genetics or something not good. they werent right!
