Yes, another goat question

Thanks, everyone. From what you all have said I think our lot would probably be too small. Particularly since we're a residential lot and it would be difficult to fence off different areas. I think it would get pricy to feed year round too. I don't want to get one (or two) if I can't give it plenty of space.

Geez, I have 6 nannies and currently 3 babies (toggenburgs and boers) and they are only on maybe 1/2 acre now. (We own just over an acre). They do FINE and have plenty of room as they can still run and jump around and chase each other. We do feed them grass hay twice a day and sweet feed once a day. All depends on how you feed them.

No my goats Toggenburgs and Boers, the Toggs are a dairy breed so large like Nubians, and the Boers are meat goats and they are also pretty large.

We feed about 10-12 small bales of grass hay a month along with some sweet feed. I also feed weeds from outside and whatever veggie scraps I get from work.
