Yes, the old male to female ratio

Your first egg!! Good work :)

You want your hen to hatch the egg but she probably will *not* and you will need an incubator to hatch the eggs yourself.

If you want to see if she will go broody, put dry grass in the nesting box and put the eggs in there for a few days. When there is about 6 eggs in one place, your hens *might* want to go broody.
Also tell me when my hen sit on eggs in nest box , then the male and female quail let in coop ? or separate from coop ?

Yes I want to hatch eggs by herself , today another eggs laying , I pick up egg from coop , I think when she stop egg laying, then I set all eggs in nest box is this good or stay all eggs in nest box ?
I want to ask one thing that, now my quail laying 2 eggs if I put eggs in an incubator and put more 5-6 eggs after some days is this good for incubate or not bcuz I think if I wait all eggs so may be first 2-3 eggs not good for hatching?

Keep things simple. You seem to be stressing out and posting every time your bird does or doesn't lay an egg. As you have seen people say, there is a very low probability that your birds will incubate their own eggs. If you want babies, you are best served by incubating yourself in an incubator. To answer your question about "put more 5-6 eggs after some days", no, you do not want to do that since the eggs will then hatch at completely different times. You need to collect the eggs, keep them between about 50-70 degrees, turn them a few times per day, then start incubation for all the eggs at one time when you have collected the number you want. You can save eggs in this manner up to about a week or so before the eggs will start losing their fertility. If you have a lot of hatching or incubation questions, you should ask over on the incubating and hatching forum. Here is a link: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/incubating-hatching-eggs.5/
