YES!!!! We are finally STARTING!!!!

Wow, arn't we the family of procrastinators?? The chicks are already 2 AND A HALF WEEKS OLD and we havent even started yet. Dad FINALLY went out to buy supplies for the coop (not including the corrugated PVC for the roof- or ANYTHING for the run, but hey, its a start!

) and will probably start wednesday, but who knows since it will be a balmey 93 degress here in northern Maryland!

But we plan for it to be a 8x4 coop with 8' tall walls. Dad went all-out and got a screen door with a storm door,

and THREE BIG WINDOWS- like ACTUAL WINDOWS. ( We suggested just cutting holes for the window and doors and screening them in- but oh well

) He plans to use one of the windows as the pop door, putting it on the floor and opening it that way. So thats the update so far

I've got chicks in the brooder and need to start the coop too. The weather just won't cooperate. We have snow again today. Good luck with your project!

Good, I don't feel like the only one anymore!
Just finished the DESIGN, going to buy some supplies soon, and my chicks are 2-3 weeks old!!
