Yesterday I got a giant egg and today...

I did some research on weird eggs and a site online said that eggs with no yolk are called "fart eggs". People used to think that was the egg that the rooster laid.

Here's the pics of my hen "fart egg" it was so tiny and figured there was No yolk but once I opened it....it was a true thing!

They are usually called wind eggs which is a nicer name for them to be applied too on a family chicken site... I've had hens lay those when either going into a molt or stopping egg production for awhile...never had a yolk in any of mine tho...

My opinion it's not a "very" polite word to be using

..doesn't matter if its use some place else on the internet or not...I look at it that young kids are looking onto this site for guidance in chicken lingo....
