Wyandottes have rose combs and yellow legs. The bird in the photo has a rose comb and blue legs.

Sebrights are SUPPOSED to be hen feathered, not all of them are, and it is a fault if they are. Not everyone likes the hen-feathering and hatchery birds are notorious for cock-feathering in Sebrights. Single combs are also becoming more and more common in hatchery birds as well.
