Yep, i have an appointment in Lynchburg and shopping is on the agenda.

Ugh, lost a quail to a coon today in the barn before i got home from my trip to NC. So security will be beefed up tomorrow!

Yeah, i was not home yet. Hubby never closes up and the quail was in a carrier recovering from being beat up. Today is work on security day.

Today i got the frame for the front of the coop assembled. Working on painting it. And i am going to have to take a piece off the side of the stump to get the wall in there.

So excited to get on with the build. I had one pullet i could not find last night, was afraid she had been taken. Worried all night. They will not be turned loose again.

No progress today. Hubby decided life as we know it will not continue unless the house gets cleaned. And i need to remove the 2 flakes of hay from the garage, it has been there for weeks!

The frame for the front wall of the coop is up!
