Hi!
I'm from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and just starting to plan my first coop! I have experience with other peoples' chickens, but this'll be the first time I get my very own.
I'm looking at Swedish Flower Hens or Spitzhaubens (or maybe even game birds?) at the moment - but it's hard to make decisions when there's just so many interesting breeds..
Was hoping to pick up a few tips, tricks, suggestions, and insights from you lovely experts here at BYC
Would also LOVE to know more about the BYC community here on the Island, if anyone happens to have any leads!
