Yet another Silkie Sexing Thread

It’s almost impossible to photograph them. Either they move or they are not in the right position with the sun
I think I know the answers but let’s hear what you think. 16 weeks old.

Are you bonding with your chicks? I get great pics by lifting them onto a table top. Silkies don't have flying tendencies so just talk to them, have a treat to keep them entertained. Make funny sounds, it gets there attention. Also helps you observe personalities. My 10-12 wks cockerel FRIDO (was supposed to be Frida) is loud, feisty and has noticeably more feathered feet, also streamers in the tail. Comb started to show around 8 wks. So my dad is taking him since I can't have roosters.

My splash LUNA is so chill, she has a more lean forward posture and movements, fluffier butt, no comb, very docile.

I am gone 12 hours a day, five days a week. I spend time sitting with them after work for an hour until dark. On the weekends, I have a very very very large garden that requires weed pulling and tending and normal errands that must be done.
I give the chickens what attention I can, and while Freckles will willingly be picked up,the others are not so willing. I have carried my splash silkie around but they arent lap pets.

I agree with @Tofu the chicken they both look like pullets to me. I don't see any streamers, which is the telltale with most Silkies.

I think the black is a pullet and the paint is a cockerel.
