Yet another temp question!

Around what day do the chickens began to cause flucuations in the temps? My temps have been a bit more erratic within the last day (today is day 10-11 for some eggs) never going above 101. Are they even old enough to be causing problems with the temps? I haven't adjusted anything to cause the changes so I'm kind of stumped as to why this is happening.

Oh and while I'm at it, is the temp suppose to be increased for lockdown or is that only humidity? Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge to a newbie!

Possibly they will be a lot bigger from now, could also be changes in the outside temp bumping it up a little
