Yet Another Temp?

I just got an LG Still Air bator. I'm getting it prepped before I add the eggs. I have a basic plastic Acurite thermometer in it and a digital Acurite thermometer. The digital is saying that the temps is 99 with 62% humidity while the plastic is saying 101 with an 80% humidity. Which one should I trust?

would get a baby temp guage, and for the humidty i would calbrate the dig one

First how do you calibrate the dig for humidity? I've been playing around with things this AM. The plastic is at 100 w/ 50% humidty and the dig is at 95 w/ 45%.

Any suggestions?

Woohoo, humidity is now at 45% for both, but temp is stil 5 degrees off.
