Yellow ducklings with smudges around the eye could very well be welsh harlequins or even buffs, but I am going to say welsh harlequin. The bill looks like it could also be a hen. Their bills are light color. Drakes have dark bills.
Not sure what the black one is but I am sure it is NOT a welsh harlequin. If they are the same age and the black one is bigger, I would guess swedish like others have said.
