I was reading the ordinance that just passed... and it states 2. Henhouses, chicken tractors and chicken pens shall only be located in the rear yard required by Chapter 32, unless the setback requirements cannot be met in which case they may be kept in other yard but within the required setbacks.
Hmmm. Ours is kinda in the rear yard, maybe more in the side yard ... Hope when we get it fenced that it is considered rear yard, since you won't be able to see it from the street... Yikes!! The pen is kinda permanent...cemented 4x4s for corner posts....
