I was actually going to look you up, but not necessarily for this. My sister is going to be up that way tomorrow. If anyone has chicks they need to get to you, or if you have any to get rid of and send to Atlanta, she can provide transportation.

These little fuzzbutts were flopping around in my hatching box when I got home from work today, there are about 15 still in the process of hatching. The two on the left are Crested Cream Legbars, on the far left is the male. The three on the right are Rhodebars, the male is in the middle. I still have 42 more incubating that will hatch later this month. If anyone is interested in these auto-sexing breeds just let me know. I am finished hatching this year but I am still collecting fertile eggs fresh everyday. I have lots of little pullets and roos of different ages (all hatched since April 1st) available.

All is well with the feathered ones around here! I was sad we TSC had no more chicks when we went. We wanted a few more to add to the 3 bantams to make their own flock!

How are things there?

So glad to hear your chicks are doing well. Our six have grown so fast. They go in the coop at dusk and get up at about 6:20 every morning.

I also wanted some bantams and called TSC but they did not have anymore. Our My Pet Chicken order is due in around the 13th. We were able to order one bantam and I hope he makes it ok with all the bigger chicks. Hopefully we will be able to get another bantam in the near future.

So over the last 2 days I have move 288 tons of dirt and about 2 tons of rocks. I am one very tired little roboducky. And the fence fairy visited yesterday. Unfortunately, this particular fairy doesn't just install for free so we'll see what the estimate will be in a day or two. But we'll finally be able to bring the furry critters home.

Hi guys! I have not been here in a few weeks, but I FINALLY got my incubator and I am looking to buy 5 or 6 silkie eggs and 5-6 d'ulcce eggs. I know some of you close to the griffin area had silkies! anyone got a few hatching eggs to sell, I'd prefer lavender/black/blues/greys. Also porcelain d'ulcces. I have ONE and she's the sweetest chick I've ever seen!! I'd love to try a few more!!

Hey could you look at the chicks in my album for one called Calypso? It looks just like the one on the left you called a crested creambar. Im worried about that one its my smallest chick and im trying to figure out why. Its growing but very slowly. Maybe its the breed? No one here can tell me names and it could be a mutt for allI know but its a beautiful chick. Any help will be appreciated.

My last post was for Rocky Rhode. Welcome new folks and chicken dancer I guess you could start early and have some nuggets lol. Your going to have your hands full for sure. I was sitting out yesterday communing with my peeps and one was starlted by another trying to get up on my lap. I had a big poop on my shorts and they were all walking in it and tracking it all over my clean shorts. Need hubby to bring some overalls with him for me and the girls. Havent seen them here. I see those ugly orange jumpsuits the garbage men wear but I do need me some clothes to muc around in. Keep wait7ng on my stuff to be shipped.
