Careful....those birds are protected federally against all forms of molestation. Pretty much any other predator you can protect against... Birds of prey get tribal immunity.

I never seen a quote are anything about him using it to shoot at a bird. Just saw him say that pellet guns work wonders. Heck I thought he was talking about on the mice.
