You will be able to buy from the people who are set up with Poultry Licenses. Anyone who just shows up will only be able to swap birds. We are all farmers here and personally i love the barter system. You can't tax the barter system.

It's a lot of fun seeing everyone from here there and yep your just swapping, the money is what you owed them, the permits that TSC get are for animal swapping not selling so that is the joke we are just paying our debts and the neat thing is we get to swap chickens

That will suffice for the eggs. The birds would still require a Poultry Dealer License.
