Who all is bringing hatching eggs that are not yet spoken for? There is way too much empty space in my incubator.
you're saving room for the turtle eggs though, right?

on another note, will there be a way to warm up the pork I'm bringing saturday? I'll already have it cooked and pulled, going to do that Friday. But it will need to be warmed up

oh, something else. I worked as a restaurant manager for over 6 years, I have taken the same Serv-Safe certification classes you see certificates from hanging in every restaurant you go in. I do know how to handle food safely :)

Okay my little all alone Mottled Bantam chick is spoiled and It's my fault. I think it's a boy as the wing feathers have only just started and there is only one layer of them. I kind of thought that already, in the incubator as soon as it could stand it was stretching straight up and flapping it's itty bitty nubs for wings as if to take off flying. DH said it acts like a human baby always at my side or dying to get up under my chin to sleep. Despite the mirrors it will stand and stretch and peep peep like its calling for me. When I walk in and it sees me and starts jumping up in the air like it can jump in to my arms. I put my hand down for it and pop it jumps straight in for the elevator ride up to my neck. DH wants to name it Herbert the spoiled would be feathered human baby.

Papachaz .. we planned on having a charcoal grill (and all the briquettes, etc.) and I can have a large crock pot set up... how do you prefer to warm your pork?

(oh my, that could sound ... umm ... nevermind)

well as for the pork BBQ, I would think the crock pot would be best because we can set it to hold it at a safe temp.......

and to quote Forrest Gump, "that's all I'm gonna say about that"
