@GAchickennewbie ! Thanks for your referral. I told her we discussed me being so difficultly picky and specific. I just got off the phone with her. She is so nice! AND... I will be getting a buff orpington, a chocolate orpington, an easter egger, a silver laced wyandotte and a blue marans. I am totally ok with deviating from my specifics because I am more impatient than I thought. I can always get more chickens later, right? LOL

I'm pretty stoked.

So... might have a problem... do these look like saddle feathers? This is my RIR "hen" and I just noticed them showing up yesterday. If so this means all thee of my RIRs have to go. :C

She's getting a couple of greenish feathers showing up on her shackles too.

I tried this without the BQ sauce I don't like the taste of it I used some mango in place of BQ it still was wonderful .

keep us posted with pictures as when i was building my chicken pen i want orpingtons and my hubby want RIR well pen was big enough for both breeds until hubby got 20 chicks at one time.
 
I picked up my babies today so excited they are finally here I bought 15 they sent 18 one is not so active . Would it be of any benefit to put braggs vinegar in the water. What do you all feed the weak ones to help them .
