So... Anyone want a Black Copper Marans trio?? I have two good quality hens, and a great rooster that used to look fantastic, but got in a bloody fight with another rooster, so doesn't look as great, still pretty though. Any takers? Selling for $30 obo

OMG. THAT ROOSTER! I am covetous. When we started this chicken journey I told my husband that I wanted a rooster that looks exactly like that. Most beautiful coloring ever. God had other plans and we ended up with BO roo. I love him to pieces, but still daydream that I will have a roo just like this one!

Hooray for GACHICKENNEWBIE!

I was just telling a friend today while riding around in her jeep that I wanted to see Amicalola Falls and Rock City, they're on my short trip bucket list. I have heard it's gorgeous. We were talking about the little road trips that would be fun in the Jeep.

um. Duh? I read these posts backwards! I am assuming by the previous post he is the Black Copper Marans Roo?
 
Yep ... that thar is a BCM. Probably good that I've blown my birdy budget for now or I'd be all over them. Need to build my BCMs back up in the near future.

LoL i am thinking about rigging the bike up to carry a small pet carrier and just make a day trip out of it. It would only take me 5 gallons of gas to go there and back.
