I personally think the cake is better this way, I'll make this at the drop of a hat. And throw the hat down if it takes too long for one to fall, LOL
Yeah I finish it in the smoker, and yes you do get the smoke flavor. This is home made good stuff, not the 'out of the box' stuff, LOL

No I wish I did but then again I am happy I didnt. It give me more time to make sure these rescues are in better shape and more healthy. They were rough when I got them last weekend. They are doing so much better now, but I just found lice on them and I need to get some Sevin Dust to kill them.
