She looks beautiful! You can see her BCM heritage! 'Layla' is doing great. She is usually with her sidekick NN up in the woods. (Protected woods, of course!) I will try to get a photo of her tomorrow!

We went back this evening since best time to see them is the last few hours before dark. Saw basically the whole herd, the bull owns the road, the "chicken" champ cause i let him have it!

Ahh, that makes more sense; nice pic!  I'd love to be there and see some wildlife like that. Kentucky is really beautiful.

I just got home from Florida. Caught my first shark this morning. A little black tip shark. And it didn't bother the kids a bit that I caught it 30 feet from where they were swimming. lol

Yes, Dawsonville had the largest Kangaroo farm outside of Australia for several years.  They have since closed and I believe they have farmed out their kangaroos.  It was kind of funny that the Kangaroo farm was on the terrorists top sites to bomb!  hahahah!  They didn't know how little damage that would have actually done! 

Just got in from playing with the chicks!  Just love them, but I need to sell some of them!  I think I will be keeping 4 out of this group to see what they will be like.  That is in addition to the older 8.  Guess I will update my Craigslist ad!  On a good note, I sold 2 dozen hatching eggs today! 

My next hatch is my Lavender Ameraucanas!  Lockdown is Saturday.  Papa, thanks for your offer of the blue Ameraucana roo, but that would defeat the purpose of keeping the Lavenders pure.
