YO GEORGIANS! :)

I am a second grade teacher in Cobb county. I would like to purchase fertilized duck eggs to help teach life cycles to my second grade class. I am trying to find a company locally that I can purchase them from. Does anyone know of anyone or anywhere that sells fertilized duck eggs for purchase? I used chicken eggs last year, and this year would like to use duck eggs this year. Thank you.

I bet you know Mr. Curry who teaches music in Cobb county. :)

today I opened my pallet coop and let the 9 chickens in there out to roam the yard a while. Nothing unusal there, I do occasionally let them out. The neighbors behind us across the road, have 4 dogs that are usually on a cable, so while I was out and doing some stuff outside, I

Sorry to hear it, but glad it worked out as well as it did!

that I drove into town and brought them back a bag of take out food, and gave her a list of charitable organizations she could call, who, as I was backing out her drive way from taking her food, yelled to the other neighbor who was heading out that she'd give him some money if he'd bring her back a carton of cigarettes.....from that point on, I no longer helped them with anything else. I hate feeling this way but I'll probably just drive on by next time I see her walking....

rant over, but y'all prayin folks, do me a favor and add them and me to your lists for a while please
Yep, they get one shot with me. I'll help anyone who'll help themselves, but if they don't do anything to change their situation, I'm not their keeper. I used to work with a guy who got a steady paycheck every week. Any time we were working downtown near the church with the free lunches, he always went over there to eat. He said that just saved him money to buy beer with. That really irked me.

I went to the Big house this morning to let me chickens out and one of my guineas was dead, I think it broke it's neck flying down and hit the wall, or something, so now I have one guinea left, but I have my sources and will be getting some more, love those crazy birds.
