Okay, here they are!!!

Three sebbie eggs!

They arrived VERY chilly. I have NO DOUBT that they sat out in the cold somewhere, overnight. And one has a detached air cell. But the other two appear to be okay so far. And the best news...

THEY CAN FIT IN THE NEW STYLE LG INCUBATOR!!! They don't get too close to the heating element AT ALL! LG could probably even make a goose-egg turner now, and they would be just fine!

My Welsummer eggs came completely wrapped in bubble wrap and 7 out of 8 have developed...

I want a Welsummer! The bear got my last one! I'm between Dawsonville and Ellijay if you have an extra female!

Actually... you don't. Geese like water, and they like to play in water, but they don't NEED it. Lots of people just use a small kiddie pool every now and then.


I figured I might take mine for a walk down the street once or twice, and let them eyeball the neighbor's tiny pond. I figured they'll be swimming in it in no time! LOL!
