Haven't gotten them yet. Either I have had company or Sylvia has traveling to see her mom or babysitting her grandchildren. We were scheduled to go yesterday to get them, but she called and said her arthritis was so bad she couldn't stand it, so we had to reschedule again. But, they are being well taken care of until I can get over there! It's about a 45 minute drive and just haven't been that way. I could ask her to get some photos and send them to you!
 
Ugg, what gives?!? My daughter just bought me 100 egg cartons with personalized stickers so I can start selling my eggs and my hens have stopped laying!!! Only 2 eggs today out of 10 hens....and one of those is a bantam egg! (Can't sell those tiny eggs!) And, my juveniles haven't started laying yet! The one that squatted last week still hasn't started laying yet!

I saw some on Craig's list for sale. (the silver laced polish...but they may have been roos) There is a man and his daughter who live in Villa Rica who sell anything and everything. Not sure about their reputation. But, they have lots of breeds and eggs. A man in Newnan is selling out of all his BCM and there is another guy selling all his chickens on his farm. Check out Craig's list.
 
I lost my white silkie roo yesterday. when me an my son went to water everyone he was fine, an hour later we went out to feed and he was dead. not sure what happened. we found him laying on his back.

So sorry, Becky. I know how you feel. We had a hen died this week. Do snakes bite chickens? Was he the daddy to all the eggs in your incubator? How are the eggs doing?
 
he was daddy to 4 of the eggs that we have in there. if the snakes are poisonous it can. he was so sweet. when we would go out to feed or water or just out side he would holler til we came over an talked to him. he loved attention. he will be missed.

Do y'all know where I can pick up some Copper Marans? I would like dark layers the best i can get. If you know some where in Florida I'm leaving tonight to go have MGB surgery. I can pick them up on my way back. Thanks for your help.

oh just whenever you get them is fine! I didn't realize you were 45 min from her!
