how is the weather looking in everybody else's parts?

The rain is changing to ice here in Peach County just south of Macon. It is supposed to get worse as the night progresses. My thermometer says 32 and I can hear ice hitting the windows.

Without power here. Using a phone to browse. Prelim report says possibly days. Incubators wrapped up in blankets. Chickens all put in the laundry room to keep dry, since they don't even have a heat lamp now. Several had tails of ice, and all were drenched.

Sister isn't happy about them being inside, but I care about my babies! The extra heat from their bodies in the laundry room will also help chicks in the brooder in there. Mostly just worried about incubators.
