I only wanted to hatch a few since I am going to buy a few chicks from TSC.
Also on March 28th I am hopefully getting Ameraucana/Silver-Spangled Hamburg eggs from a friend.

I haven't hatched in over a year and a half, so I wanted make sure I got it right before I tried to hatch a bunch. Plus I am going to buy some chicks from TSC.

I have almost 3 dozen on my counter, she can have them. Lol

Would you be willing to share?

not sure yet. These are my first brahmas. They are supposed to be moderate layers of large pink-brown eggs. These chicks are full of personality!

How often for the turning?

And what humidity range do you keep yours at?

2-3 times day and 45-55% for first 25 days then 75 on up after that. Their shells are so thick that I keep it moist.

I should put a game camera near her and see if the wild turkeys have found her yet.

Speaking of wild turkeys... Guess what I almost hit while out in the mail truck today? And if that wasn't bad enough, on my way TO work, a guinea from down the street ran out in front of my car as I was doing a good 35MPH. Dumb birds!
