YO GEORGIANS! :)

The brown/tan ones on the left are supposed to be Silver Laced Wyandottes but um.... shouldn't there be some grey in them? Any idea what they are? The white EE is really starting to tame up specially with the kids! Also, what indications can I look for to see if they are male/female at this age?
My SLW's were black with small patches of silvery/yellow. Google pics of baby slw chicks. What kind of combs do they have.

A friend knew I was building a coop. I had everything done but the netting overhead. He came by three weeks ago with five free range hens. Went in the coop let them loose. I didn't put the dogs up and they all flew away. I was heart broken and even spent all day in the woods chasing them like an idiot. Even got lost  one of my dogs caught two un harmed and brought them to me, the other two came back with in a few days. This one has been awol ever since. With three pairs of hawks and other critters with young I knew she was a goner. Til she showed up two days ago. Been feeding her outside the run due to her being so flighty. Moved the food inside the run last night. This morning she was there :celebrate

Lol!!! I want Nigerian Dwarf Goats for milk and meat purposes. The babies are so stinkin' cute!
I LOVE my Nigerian Dwarf girls. I won't be doing meat but I am all about the milk. The dwarfs tend to have a sweeter milk than the larger goats.

Where is everyone? I'm sure @carcar80 has gone to bed but where's everyone else?
Had to get kids up and off to school. About time to get critters fed and watered now.

I bet you can thank your dog for getting ALL of them back! I ain't no chicken expert but I suspect when the first two were penned up the others heard them and gravitated back over to your place. They probably wouldn't have returned if none of their sisters were penned up (unless chickens would be attracted to an empty coop?).

I do SO hope I'm included in that list of "critters".

And you people would not believe the "SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" noises GAM was making when she found the baby duck this morning. I thought a mouse was being squished.
