Kind of sad today, too. Sold my true rumples Araucana pair. Guy drove 1 1/2 hour to buy them, but he did promise to GIVE me one of his first pullets when he hatches some! Will be months and months from now. Hope he remembers! I have his name and number in case he forgets! I have a man coming Tuesday to buy my little Serama guy. That leaves one more roo. Will probably give him away.

On a more cheerful note, a guy down the street who use to have chickens and sold eggs in his store lost his chickens to predators. He said he will sell my eggs and doesn't even want a commission! I am now getting 12-15 eggs a day (with most of my young chickens not even old enough to lay yet!), so now I have a place to sell my eggs! (And, yes, I do have a license!)

That is a very good thing!
 
My Eggs for the Easter Hatch Along should be mailed out tomorrow! Excited! They are coming from FL so hopefully it doesn't take them too long and isn't too hard on them!
