My phone ate my post earlier, so here's a second try :(

Good morning!

I'm not going to attempt to guess the sex of chickens, as mine are mostly mysteries to me too. I'm fairly certain of most of my EEs and barnyard mixes, but my Orpingtons and Light Brahmas will be a surprise until they feather out more, I've lost track of the ones I had feather sexed when they were tiny. Not to mention that we have some weird growth rates here; some were born smaller than others in the same hatches, and we have variable sizes now. My little closed-eye chick had both eyes open now, and seems to be ok. Now I just hope it grows!

If the weather holds out, I'm looking forward to moving my biggest chicks (including General Pepper) out to the big coop and putting the next biggest chicks in their brooder. I'm also looking forward to playing with the new kids in the bunny barn:

I'm so over the moon about these three. I went to go look at them yesterday, figuring I'd buy one, maybe two if they were as nice as I hoped. I ended up bringing home all three because I couldn't decide which I liked best!
