YO GEORGIANS! :)

Despite what they say, Robo isn't that bad, he is really nice, but NEVER let your guard down with him.

If you can "walk" yourself into a joke, he'll be the one to make it.

Well, I guess the person my DH contacted about the Orpington Roo either doesn't have anymore or doesn't want to sell any. He hasn't gotten an email back. That's ok though, im in no hurry and if I get to a point were I really want one, I will find one. I think my DH is getting chicken math. LOL he is warming up to the chickens, but has NO patients. I think he wants a roo way more than I do at this point LOL

Interesting. Thanks! I figured you might have an answer. ;)

Guys! I forgot perhaps the most important part of my 2,000th post!

You need to get bored more often, GAMarans.  I'm drooling over here.  Such gorgeous birds!

Thanks for the info I live in Covington Ga do you live close by

Welcome! I've got family in Covington.

My Brahmas were doing fine but all of a sudden they started dying.  I think it's 2 or 3 we've lost.  And 2 of the SLW's up and died for no apparent reason.  I thought they were golden by the time they were 4 or 5 weeks old and the random, sudden, unexplained deaths only occurred in the first week or two.  Oh well... that's why I order extras.

Oh no! I'm so sorry Robo :hugs

We all must be having problems with light brahmas. Remember the six I bought from TSC and lost four very quickly? And they were in a brooder with other chicks, but it was ONLY the Brahmas that I lost. No other breeds.

And like @mrsdszoo
, mine last two are growing weird. One is currently bigger than these cornish rocks, but the other one barely out-weighs a bantam chick that hatched this past weekend.

I hate that y'all are losing your Brahmas! I still have my original 6. They are nearly 6 weeks old now.
