Carcar, when you sent me to the farm supply for those chicks I was SO tempted to buy you a turkey! haha You can't turn down a gift i can't decide about the BLRW you taged me in, I'll have to sleep on it. I don't want super young birds that I have to keep indoors, I can't even keep my house clean with all these kids. I think I'm going to hunt down young birds and then replace the existing flock when they start laying.

I don't know why you don't just jump in and get babies. Mine sit over in the corner and don't make any trouble. A few weeks and they're out on the porch.
