She is a mutt, of that I am sure. I'm just tickled to have a different color egg. I love my Marans and their eggs but I like the "weird" colors, too.

Haha I think my hubby would kill me if I brought home a fridge-o-bator! But thanks for thinking of me We're just going to use an old styrofoam cooler but I'm not sure if it's big enough.

I'm still in the research/planning stages so no chicks yet.
I'd love to hear which are your favorites for our weather.
Also wondering if any of you breed and sell hoping that when the time comes I can get my chicks/pullets from within GA.
