I have an EGG EATER! 2 eggs gone today and the other was covered in egg white. How can I figure out who she is?

I just got my SLW today. Three females (I hope). I'm going to pair them up with the BLRW than I got (as eggs) from abmaddox. I'm sure there's a roo either in the three that already hatched out, or the next set she plans to give me. So I'll cross silver-laced with blue-laced red. It should be interesting!

No mine came from a hatchery in Marietta.

Oh, ok. I was wondering why they looked a little different. Yours have more white in the feathering than mine do.

First generation is supposed to give me: blue patterned yellow/golden laced (roos only), blue patterned red laced (hens only), black patterned yellow/golden laced (roos only), and black patterned red laced (hens only). What happens after that depends on whether I keep a male or female.

In my experience, the yolk all over her head was the giveaway. Lol. The golf ball trick worked for me.

I'm only up to about 14 eggs for the Conyer's school project. Grr...

Then again, no one has gathered any from the Sumatra pen lately. The girls said one hen was "in there laying" when they went to get them today.
