Chicken / Small Animal Swap & Sale at Barnharts tomorrow. Hephzibah, GA

That isn't far from me! However we are going out of town to drop our teen off a ways away for her spring break adventure and we can't make this one. Will it happen again soon?

Last year I lost a chicken to a hawk but there was a carcass and so many feathers that it looked like a chicken exploded.  I'm not sure if a hawk can carry off a full grown chicken but maybe an eagle??

A chicken hawk can( hence the name)
I almost lost a rir roo to a chicken hawk.

Hey DDD, How have you been?? My NNs from you have given me lots of fun babies and lots of green/blue eggs! Love those little NNs.....especially the frizzles!
Father to this one was 1/2 leghorn and 1/2 crested cream legbar. She is older now and at POL. Can't wait to see what color eggs I get from her!

Vacuuming I actually kinda like. (Don't mistake that for meaning I do it often enough).. Now dusting- THAT'S my most hated chore. Eww!!

I agree about the dusting, with a parrot in the house the dust is compounded !

Finished my house work, took a shower and now im ready for the day !!! I had no idea how horrible I reeked

.... I did a lot yesterday morning but with this pollen, then up late cooking, OMG !!! All better now and the coffee is kicking in!!!!! Lets get this day going!!!

Yeah I've got to get UP. Going with a friend in a bit to help her pick more chicks. She's really taken off with the first chicks thing.. I think she's up to six or seven already plus whatever she'll get this trip! LOL
