YO GEORGIANS! :)

I am so happy none of our chickens or ducks are at all aggressive with us humans. I know that the Roos as they get older can get more and more protective of the flock. We would though be giving such a rooster away if it went after anyone more than once even if no one got hurt. I can't risk it with small kids!

Having character flaws is only human but I wouldn't post it on a public forum like that...

OH!! I forgot about Daffy Duck!! I guess I do like at least one duck.

Ok, So after asking what to do about our rooster Ace attacking my DH's shoes and getting a few different pieces of advice our son home from GA Southern went out to cut grass in the fenced in part of our yard. He went on instinct when Ace ran up and pecked him in the leg. Ace wound up in the Azalea bush. He just kinda' shoved him off with his shin. Ace then went into another area of the yard fussing. I will be keeping an eye on Mr. Ace. I don't want to give him up because he takes good care of the hens letting them know when there may be danger and calling them over to give them bugs that he has found.

Hey chicken people have you ever seen a tower of chicken? I let my freshly saddle hen out. And of course here comes the two roos dropping their ring and dancing the circle of love....all rhe while she ignores them at first. She laid herself an egg.

So out the pen...the stalking continues and the hens favorite roo.....got to "love" her first....but in the process of him "loving" her my polish got on in on the "love" too! And I had a three tier tower of "love"!!!! Has anyone seen this? Wouldnt they atleast take turns!?!?!
