YO GEORGIANS! :)

Here is what my daughter got today from her Serama! (the worlds smallest chickens) The egg on the left is the normal size Serama egg. Yes, she got a Serama oops egg! She says it's the size of a jelly bean! So cute!

Well i brought my show girl rooster back home for good. I had 2 and had given them to a friend because i had 4 roosters and needed some gone. Well since my NN is a bully and my bantam roo is a mutt i wanted a good sweet rooster that would have fairly predictable offspring.

That is hay. I had 53' of hay sitting in the parking lot so it was the easiest thing to use. Hay is the tall part of the grass that is cut while it is still alive and usually includes the grass seed and all. Straw is the hard stiff husks that is leftover.

"Straw is a stalk, usually a waste product of wheat, that's used as bedding for barnyard animals. Hay—typically alfalfa or a grass—is used as animal feed."
