Ok fellow chicken addicts ... I will be starting egg hatching projects the week of Feb 23. I will have 5 incubators running in a total of four classrooms spread out in three schools. If any of you would be willing to donate hatching eggs it would be VERY appreciated. One of those classes wants duck eggs. The others are not picky at all. If you can't help maybe you can spread the word and help me find others that can. Thank you!

Been researching to see how I would feel about silkies in the house. I keep going back and forth trying to figure out what would be best for them.

Does anyone think that silkie looks like a dwarf version of the abominable snowman?
