You will blow a fuse or if u have to large of a fuse in your plugs circuit u can burn up wiring.one 125w heat lamp is going to be pushing the limits on most cars wiring. It is not the size of the inverter that is the problem it is the wiring from the plug in the car to the battery that can not handle the load. Just a heads up for everybody.

No, I think a 60w would be fine. Just a little heat. I wonder if the inverter could be connected directly to a spare car battery to run a 60w bulb. I have a Honda so when it's off it's off so anything plugged up will not work.

ok I have the generator worked out I will just need to get someone to start it if my daughter does not come with me. if u need to run a lamp bring a cord to plug up with.

Ok. My DH could probably start it if I can't. I can't wait to meet everyone and see all the chicks/chickens and other animals!

u should be fine with a 60w bulb any radio shack will have a plug that will let u hook to the battery. If u are using a battery that is not hooked to the car u can run the higher heat bulbs.the car wiring is weak link.
 
My sleep is being ruined by this event! Thinking of all the things I need to do before then is keeping me awake! You would think this event was some kind of big family reunion or something! Lol! Very excited to be with like-minded people!
