Why, why, why am I always so unlucky! Everyone knows how the man took all my Polish mix chicks that I tried so hard to get, right? Well, then for two weeks I didn't get one egg from the Polish. Well, I saw her in the nest today and was so excited. Waited, then went to get her egg! Put the egg in the basket with the others and headed out of the coop. Wearing dumb slip on shoes so tripped and jolted the basket..one egg cracked. Go ahead and guess which one it was....just go ahead and guess!

Yes. Too high. Should run between 35-45%

Well shucks, today is day19 and not a peep in the incubator from any of my 8 Mollted Cochin eggs. Disappointed but for some reason not surprised, one of those feelings. I'll keep the hope for another couple days just in case.

Got a call from a man who wants all my Indian Runner ducks (6) that are due on the 23rd. Also have a man wanting some so I guess that means more for the bator!
