I've had several successful LF at day 20-22 but this is my first go at bantams. It's my understanding they hatch around day 19, This is day 20 and all is quiet in the incubator.

I have bantum and Lf cochins both hatching today. I have never noticed the bantums being any earlier to hatch.

It's day 18 and we have pips from the 2 Mille Fleur D'uccle eggs! Trying to keep the humidity just right isn't easy. Wonder if the rain has something to do with the humidity in the bator.

Congrats!! Seeing the MFD will hurt since "I" (my bator) killed all mine. DS still hasn't let me live that one down.

Day 22 here and I have one olive egger and one brahma out.. One Olive pipped and another brahma wrong-end pipped. However they are coming out normal, no rough navels and not slimy like they have been.

So very disappointed. Today is day 21 and still no movement or peeps from the incubator. The only difference seems to be that the humidity is standing pat at 63 without requiring me to add any water. I have had to stay on it up until these few days as the humidity kept dropping. This will be my first hatch with zero chicks ever if nothing happens No little Cochin Peeps

63% humidity? That may be the problem. But if today is just day 21 you may still get some action.

I am at day 21 with my BCM eggs and I only have a crack not even a full pip but I do hear cheeping coming from one and I have lots of shakers! So today may actually be the day.
