Hi buddy!! Glad Becky is home, give her out well wishes. I agree on the AM. I have my blacks growing up and love them to pieces!!! They may even surpass my Brahmas before it's all over. ;)

I'm thinking of holding on to any chicks I accumulate and bring them to the swap. If anyone would want any... Should have a few olives and maybe some Brahmas? There is a line of partridge I'm trying to get my hands on so I'm not stressing as much over growing out all mine.

Flower I will also have your pullet.
 
Ams ain't even a week old already feathering lol. Now I'm looking at some russian oroloffs lol. Mine are toe punched for identifying they are npip too more than we couldve expected. They come with mefical papers. I would recommend mr n mrs paul smith to anyone who wants ams. All healthy n eating n drinking like crazy. Worth the money.

Hi, All!

We've been pretty busy, but now that it's monsoon time I can't get anything done outdoors! My poor, soggy garden. My chicks are growing well, but I'm afraid that instead of a Swedish Flower pullet, the breeder gave me a Jersey Giant by mistake. It's not like I'm going to return her, I'm just bummed. I'll be sending the breeder pictures today. Also had to go home to Illinois last week, my grandfather was crashing from end-stage Alzheimer's. My sister from Texas also managed to make it up in time. We both got to say goodbye, and he recognized us, before lapsing into a coma. We both had to head back on Sunday, and he passed peacefully on Monday morning. I will never forget him butchering chickens in front of us grandkids, just popped their heads off! I was traumatized. Headless chickens flapping around the yard. Good times. A get together sounds great right now, Robo! My kids would love to see the goats:)
 
Just got off the phone with the guy on Royston. I'll be heading out there the end of this week or next weekend.


He also has buff orpintons, RIR's, OEG, Welsummers, and banties.
