s keep our fingers crossed hopefully this will do the trick.
well, now Ifeel silly. The dipping her beak in too far was just a coincedence. I just noticed a not so right looking poo. Upon further inspection: I'm pretty sure those are big WORMS! I guess I need to de-worm them all. I hate that I am just now discovering this at 9:30 on the friday night before I have to work in the morning.

MY APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE FOR THE POO PIC!!!!!

Am I crazy, or is that a huge gigantor worm??? And is this the reason little holly can't seem to breathe? She is randomly gasping for air.

Brahma Rooster with regular size hen, a Crested Cream Legbar, for comparison! Haha! You should see him 'doing' the Silkies!
yes you will need to worm them all at the same time sharing food they spead them this way and they got these worms from older chickens or possibility the food was old lord be willing you will catch this in time.

yes it does look like a worm and they can get into the lung area.

ugh. I wish I'd have seen this sooner. I guess it explains the lethargy, too. I assumed it was temperature related.Any particular wormer you suggest? I heard Durvet Strike III and something else (rooster booster) wer pretty effective.

I am finally going to send my broiler to freezer camp tomorrow, guess no picking strawberries this week, ok next week I still have 4 quarts in the freezer and I gave away 5 quarts.

No more chickens for me, My coops are full and I do not need any more roos I have met my quota, so if I ask for chickens don't sell me any!! An intervention is needed here, Did we start the CA (chickens anonymous) group yet?

Now if you have turkeys we can talk!!! Looking for BBB or BBW's would like 6 3 each then I'm done, done, done stick a fork in me, lol,

well until my eggs hatch lol

Well until my new houses get built!! and I get my son married off, doing a wedding in all of this is starting to cause brain overload
