Inside it's ready for move in. I decided to work in the rain today. The little things were just waiting for rain to stop. Then I realized it wasn't gonna stop any time soon. LOL
So, now they can move in & i can get the run started.

The only glossy paint I had on hand was white. I know that's gonna suck after day one! I regret it already!
 
It probably won be as bad as you think. Mine stay relatively clean.. Plus, being glossy paint you can wipe it down when you clean. :p

That's what I was hoping for. It's pallet wood and it is still pretty rough despite sanding the crap out of it. I figure a quick scrub with a brush ought to do.

I'm so egg-cited! My RIR Lily, laid her first egg today and my first. She'll be 20wks Old this coming Wednesday, I was just a little disappointed that it was very small though and also because she didn't lay in the nest box as I have 2 for my 4 girls. But I am so happy still to see an egg!

I love that feeling! I can't wait till my 10 week old crested Cream Legbars start laying. lol!
 
Hahaha, all this talk about NNs and frizzles tickle my stomach! It all started when Rocky Rhodes came for the first
time and I sold him my little frizzled NN roo. Ever since, we have all been hatching his babies! Love it
