I put in for my gator tag last night. I put in for zone 2, 6 and 1a. So I have one chance at the se corner and 2 for the sw. Now it's sit and wait to see if I get drawn. I will be back in a couple of weeks to report.

Wondering why you have to get drawn? I know nothing about hunting, especially concerning gators.

well the summarized version is basically:

the state only allows so many gators to be taken from each area, IE: zones. Anyone who wants to hunt gators, has to put their name in the hat and hope to get drawn.

Nesting boxes are FINALLY in. All that is left is the run and the roost. Only thing I would do differently is put the laminate in the boxes before we put the braces in the boxes. Oh well, live and learn

Instead of hunting them, why don't you catch a few and put them in your lake. Then you can hunt them there! AND, that will take care of those extra ducks you were wanting to get rid of! LOL!
