YO GEORGIANS! :)

Then you give them oyster shell for the eggs?

I had my first ever case of the bumble foot and have treated it successfully and my girl is walking around with a pink wrap.  How long does it take for the foot to heal?
I treated my Brahma Boy a while back and after a few days the wound bed was "dry" enough I felt good about leaving the dressing off. He healed right up once he could rub a little dirt in it. :)

I didn't have to go too very deep into his foot, though.

Hey y'all I just had a quick question.I just bought my house on an acre and a half outside of city limits in long county. Does anyone know if I can have chickens here? No one around here has an answer for me. I know it's a long shot but I figured Id try asking here. Thanks in advance

I would think being outside the city limits you could. Find the phone number for the ordinance enforcement office if they have one and ask

Definitely do not want to deal with Glass Pond Farms, Cleveland GA. Apparently the GA Depth of Agriculture says that have no licenses and they have a fancy web site but actual operation is not what you expect. Plus I now have more roosters then I need, cause they are not able to distinguish pullets from hens, and then when they say they have a guarantee they do not stand behind their guarantee. Pay for pullets and get roosters.
