Or even if the same hatchery, they've decided to be better prepared? Dunno.

I'll need to be making that drive a couple of times, I think.

Let me know when you'll be there. We can meet up again :)
LOL, milkshake at Zaxbys??

I really need to get out and see more people. I swear I talk to the chickens more than actual people!

I didn't realize you are in Dallas. I am too.
I actually was just up at TS yesterday and was very happy with prices, stock and personal.
I went to Lawson's and they are closed down... I will miss them.
I want 2 chicks and TS won't sell just 2 even if they do get the breeds I want.
I'm still looking for someone who might have a buff Orpington or a black leghorn... I wanted and EE but not sure now that I've learned that they might not be the best layers.
Any ideas on where I could find those 2 breeds that I mentioned ?

Dalton Backyard Farms has Buff Orps, Dominiques and ummm, supposed to have Black Copper Marans, but was having fertility issues last fall.
Really nice lady, and pretty birds.

See, the Dumor has 24% starter and the start/grow is 20%. Short of it is, the guy at TSC PO'd me today (lol) and now I'm just ill.

I'll not be consoled with your 18% feed.

So is that one considered medicated? When I was there looking for nonmedicated over the Summer, they were out and he told me the Dumor wasn't medicated or at least it doesn't say medicated. It was the same one you mentioned. I said ok, but had a feeling it was indeed medicated.

The one I use is not medicated. It's the orange and yellowish bag. The Manna Pro that they sell is the medicated one.

It's probably somebody pulling a prank on someone else.

Really? I think it sounds legit, but I wouldn't want them. Someone who would leave animals behind likely didn't take care of them in the first place.
