Yes, they should have been locked down at 4:00PM on Thursday but I didn't get it done until 7:00AM Friday. I had to put a cook together for 300 people and had 31 Butts on the smoker for 12 hours and didn't finish pulling them until the wee hours of the morning. I think I'm still tired!

Hmmmm don't think so, well it maybe stuck, if I lift the lid add a little warm water if the others have pipped but I'd pull him out and open the hole a little more and at least see if it is still chirping, I haven't known it to take so long once they pip that much to zip. If you get a little blood stop, and I have even dampened the membrane, but I'm sure Carcar and flowerbh will yell at me, but I didn't lose one, doing that 6 of one 1/2 dozen of another
