Papa, are your Blue AMs on the small side? The one I hatched from you is so small for being 6 months old! (Not laying yet) My Lav AMs seem small, too.
Are they just a smaller breed? My other chickens are just so much bigger!
 
I'm looking forward to the 30th.
Even have a new pair of shoes I won't wear here til after then :)

So how many for the egg swap?
I told hubby my new incubator HAS to be done by the 30th.

It's a Bramha bantam (I use to have Two but the hawk got her before she even laid an egg)

Haha, I may be mature for my age but my spelling is more like a 5 year old

yes ma'am, they aren't a real big breed. My splash pullet that I hatched in Sept isn't laying yet either. I put her in the pen with the mixed flock so I'll know when she starts.
