baby number 2 is out and it's a brown egg no markings, chick is black, and that is the one I expected to hatch first.

If your looking for a good starter breed check out dixie ranbows, very mellow and friendly even as chick's I've just gotten my first few and love them more than any others as far as friendliness jmo...

Woke up to two chicks hatched and 13 more pipping! I have a BA and one of my mixes, but the mix does not have feathered legs so........my LA roo is a FATHER for the first time!!!!

AND, another duck hatched last night. Up to 7 now and two more eggs to go!

I love the babies! So cute! Omg I wish I could hatch chick but I'm so exided for everyone!

I'm growing sunflowers, squash, Nasturtium and my father growing pumpkins corn and ghost peppers.
