YO GEORGIANS! :)

Wish I could help, but all I have is one SBEL, and she's not even laying yet. If she was, I could've sent over some SBEL/Bantam EE crossed hatching eggs. I don't think that would fit your friend's requirements though, as they'd only be 1/4 Leghorn.... But they'd lay pretty blue eggs!
Thanks anyway.

Though that does bring up an interesting possibility. There is a gentleman in Rockmart that sells hatching eggs for his "super blue egg layers" ... Leghorn/AM crosses.

I'm getting a little worried guys. My CCL is on day 22, and still no babies. However, it could be day 20 for some eggs. I added a couple to her a day or two after. Has anyone had this happen?

Anybody have any leghorn chicks? Hatching eggs? Young pullets? I have somebody looking for "young chicks" but has some degree of flexibility.

I have what I am told are Leghorn roosters. They are supposed to be from mixing several pure breed hens with a rooster (not sure what breed the rooster was) but strangely all are crested. I should change that to my brother inlaw has, not actually me but he wants to find a good home for some of them because he has 5. They are a few months old and he says they are not crowing yet. I know some of the breeds they came from consisted of a CCL so I figure that could be where the crest came from. If anyone is interested let me know ASAP:

I have some leghorn/australorp pullets that are 11 weeks old, are they wanting purebred or is a mix ok?

I will check. If they are wanting production that is a good mix.
For the love of all that is Holy, someone PLEASE answer her. Do you people have ANY idea what it's like living with her when she doesn't get answered? She starts realizing people really don't like her. She whines incessantly. And the worst of it all is she tries to talk to me as if I care about her problems.

Pot. Kettle. Black.
A friend was asking ... I think she's wanting to know how often you can do the direct application and I can't find that.

candle the eggs

I did a few days ago, and all showed progression. My granddad is checking them now, as I am out of town. She picked the PERFECT time to go broody!
